Shipping policy

Delivery of our items is carried out by DHL, DPD, UPS, and Hermes.

Shipping Costs

Shipping within Germany is charged at a flat rate of €6.90.
Orders with a total value of at least €60 are shipped free of charge within Germany.
Shipping within the EU is charged at a flat rate of €13.90.
For orders within the EU with a total value of at least €100, we charge €5.90 for shipping.

Destinations

Our shop delivers to all member states of the European Union (excluding outermost regions and overseas territories) as well as to the United Kingdom. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the destination address you provide.
For some international orders to non-EU countries, additional customs duties and taxes may apply — see below.

Processing

We aim to pack and ship fully paid orders on the same business day if they are received before 12 PM CET/CEST, or on the next business day if received later.
Delays in processing your payment may also delay shipment.
We do not process orders on weekends or local public holidays.

Delivery

Please check your delivery address carefully, as spelling mistakes and incomplete address details are the most common cause of delivery issues and delays.
Delivery times for shipped orders depend on your location and the regional carriers available there. During peak holiday seasons, delivery may take longer than usual, so please order early to be safe.
If your selected shipping method includes tracking, your shipping confirmation email will contain a tracking link. You can use this link to check the delivery status at any time.
