Which shipping providers are available?

We ship our goods within Germany via DHL, DPD, and Hermes.

Do you also ship outside of Germany?

We also ship outside of Germany, provided the products are produced exclusively for international markets. You can of course also purchase products intended for the German market, but in that case you would have to pay a deposit, which increases the total price—and the deposit cannot be refunded abroad.

How long does it take for the goods to be shipped?

In general, we aim to ship orders the same day, provided they are placed by 12:00 PM at the latest. Orders received later will be shipped the following day.

Can I return the goods if I’m not satisfied with them?

Yes, of course. As long as the goods are unopened and show no signs of use, you can return them to us.

Will I receive a confirmation email after purchase?

Yes, after your purchase you will receive a confirmation email from us.

I ordered multiple items but only received part of my order.

In this case, some items may currently be experiencing delivery delays, or the products may have been ordered at different times.

Will I receive a tracking number after purchase?

Yes, after your purchase you will receive a tracking number or a tracking link, depending on the shipping provider.

What is the difference compared to conventional energy drinks?

The difference compared to conventional energy drinks lies in the composition of the ingredients. Most energy drinks offer only a few vitamins and synthetic caffeine. Our sports energy drink, in addition to enhanced vitamins, also contains important electrolytes and purely plant-based caffeine.

Do the drinks contain sugar?

No, our drinks do not contain sugar. This is a highly controversial topic, which we have already explored in detail on our blog. Both sides have their advantages and disadvantages. It’s not possible to satisfy everyone, but we have chosen a sugar-free option.
